well done! I loved the book it was a great introduction to the man and am now reading The Theology of Zinzendorf (ecumenical theology of the heart). I promise I'll buy a proper copy when we are posting distance from UK meanwhile the dogeared draft copy is blessing the Macedonian church... err hope you dont mind.
Phil, I've just been with you and Justin and Markus, praying on the worn stone flags of the entrance hall of Zinzendorf's ruined manor house. I can't tell you what's going on in my soul as I echo "our cry is that the deeper heart of this place, the heart for persistent prayer, radical mission and authentic community, would also be restored". Thanks for taking us so deep into the meaning of Herrnhut, with not only a great-read biography, but also your pilgrimage journal. It gives a 'zoom effect'! I've lots more to say [as ever] - I'll be back here soon.
